We’re soon heading into the summer and kids will be doing plenty of playing.
But are there toys you should watch out for? The group “WATCH,” “World Against Toys Causing Harm,” says we need to avoid.
Joan Siff is the president of WATCH and she joined us with some examples.
She started off with bounce houses and said that just because something is popular does not mean it is safe. Recent accident involving bounce houses flying in the air have hospitalized children.
Siff said that child pools can be a great way to cool off in the summer, but said that parents need to remember to drain them because children can drown in small amounts of water.
